A Sunday morning at the Singapore Botanic Gardens...! A relaxing time strolling in nature, bonding with family... and some fun with my 50mm :)
These are really smallish.
Wondering if this red bud is so juicy to attract so many ants.
Bend it like Beckham.
You will want to avoid one of these...!
Reminds me of yellow starfish and some sea anemones.
Some "popped"... many to go.
Pagoda Flower?
These buds are prickly to the touch... like cactus's!
Looked like a 5-Blade propeller from the yellow submarine.
This one is interesting... the whole flower pod hangs upside down towards the ground and I need to squat below it for a shot.
These pinkies bloom either at the very top of the plant or at the very bottom... like these here.
So enticingly red... like cherries.
Our national flower... Vanda Miss Joaquim
The petals of this small yellow-tinted flower are so soft and translucent... like tissue paper!
I like green moss.
Year of Dragon... see golden dragon_fly... HUAT AH...!!!
Water/dew/rain droplets always attracts me :)
Hey! What u know! Huat Cai Ong Lai here in botanic gardens!
Girl on a Bicycle - "The Girl on a Bicycle (1987) has the same carefree spirit as the Girl on a Swing. With her legs lifted free of the pedals in joyful abandon, she wheels down the path of a spiraling hedge." Source: Sculptures
Ahh... spread your wings for moi.
These are small and cute... like a bunch of little white trumpets!
Blue damselfly by the Ren Yuan water lily pond.
These... no idea who are their parents... frogs?
